A.G. Rhodes in Atlanta is seeking a Full-time Evening Nursing Supervisor to lead and coordinate nursing care for our residents. The role requires an active RN license in Georgia and at least 1 year of nursing supervisory experience in long-term care.

You will work evenings, supervise RN, LPN, and CNA teams, ensure high-quality patient care, maintain regulatory compliance, and participate in staff development. Our comprehensive benefits package supports work-life balance and career growth.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia or Unencumbered RN License.
• 1 year Nursing supervisory experience required.
• 2 years experience in LTC/skilled nursing community required.
• Experience working evening shifts preferred.
• Experience working in a Person-Directed Care community preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification.
• Genuine passion for working with elders.
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and foster teamwork with fellow RN, LPN and CNA care partners.
• Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience with PointClickCare preferred).
• Strong organization and time management skills.
