Job summary

A.G. Rhodes Atlanta Community is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Care Partner for full-time daytime shifts, with every other weekend required. This role supports a compassionate, elder-centered environment and helps maintain a respectful, inclusive living community.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in LTC/skilled nursing community preferred.
• Experience working in a Person Directed Care community preferred.
• Genuine passion for working with elders.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to foster teamwork with fellow care partners.
• Ability to complete Environmental services duties as needed.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Flexible and positive attitude.
