A.G. Rhodes in Georgia is seeking a Full-time Nursing Unit Manager to lead a dedicated elder care team.

You will supervise RN, LPN and CNA staff, ensure high-quality resident care, manage daily operations, and collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues to support a compassionate, compliant care environment. Qualifications include an active LPN or RN license in good standing, 2 years in LTC/skilled nursing, 1 year in supervisory/management, CPR/BLS, and strong leadership and communication

• 2 years LTC/skilled nursing experience.
• 1 year supervisory/management experience.

Full-time Nursing Unit Manager Qualifications Include

• Current LPN or RN License in good standing, Georgia or Multistate license required
• 2 years of experience in LTC/skilled nursing community required
• 1 year of experience in Supervisory/Management role
• Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification
• Genuine passion for working with elders
• Strong team work and leadership skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead and foster team work with fellow RN, LPN and CNA care partners
• Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience with PointClickCare preferred)
• Strong organization and time management skills
