Job summary

A.G. Rhodes is a non-profit organization in Cobb County seeking a Full-time Nursing Unit Manager to lead the Legacy Building nursing team. The role requires current LPN or RN license, 2 years LTC experience, supervisory experience, and strong leadership and customer service skills. Day shift is 7am-3pm, with a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN License in good standing, Georgia or Multistate license required.
• 2 years of experience in LTC/skilled nursing community required.
• 1 year of experience in Supervisory/Management role.
• Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification.
• Genuine passion for working with elders.
• Strong team work and leadership skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and foster team work with fellow RN, LPN and CNA care partners.
• Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience with PointClickCare preferred).
• Strong organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nursing unit operations on the Legacy Building.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and safety for residents.
• Coordinate with RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to maintain staffing and workflows.
• Oversee documentation, compliance, and performance metrics.
