Job summary

A.G. Rhodes is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN Care Partners for our Cobb community in Marietta. All full-time and part-time roles require every other weekend (Sat & Sun); PRN requires at least two shifts per month.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• One year experience in LTC/skilled nursing preferred, new grads considered.
• Experience in Person Directed Care community preferred.
• Memory Care experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and foster teamwork with LPN and CNA partners.
• Provide compassionate elder care and ensure safety and dignity.
• Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate with care teams.

Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN Care Partner Qualifications Include

• Current LPN License in good standing. Must be Georgia or Multistate LPN license.
• One year experience in LTC/skilled nursing community preferred but willing to train new grads
• Experience working in a Person Directed Care community preferred
• Memory Care experience a plus
• Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification
• Genuine passion for working with elders
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead and foster teamwork with fellow LPN and CNA care partners
• Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience with PointClickCare preferred)
• Strong organization and time management skills
