A.G. Rhodes Cobb is hiring a Full-time Activity Assistant Care partner for our Cobb community in Marietta.

The role follows day shift hours with every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) required, offering a comprehensive benefits package and a compassionate, inclusive culture focused on elder care. We seek a candidate with a High School Diploma, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and a passion for helping seniors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1 year of Activity Assistant experience required.
• 1 year experience in LTC/skilled nursing preferred.
• Experience working with persons living with dementia.
• Experience working in a nonprofit environment preferred.
• Genuine passion for working with elders.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Creative thinking and outgoing personality, interpersonal skills.
• Good documentation skills (electronic charting preferred).
• Strong organization and time management skills.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

1 year of Activity Assistant Experience

1 year experience in LTC/skilled nursing

Activity Assistant Care Partner Qualifications Include
