Job summary

The role requires 3+ years in SaaS support, strong Norwegian and English communication, and the ability to work 3 days in the office with 2 days remote in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SaaS support or Customer Success roles.
• Experience with ERP environments is a plus.
• Excellent Norwegian and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide support via case management, email, chat, and phone following SOPs.
• Review cases, gather details, and resolve with SLA adherence.
• Escalate as needed and ensure timely case closures with updates.
