Job summary

KONGSBERG's SmallSat Systems seeks a Team Lead to guide and grow a team of engineers in a cutting-edge space environment. You will help shape Norway's future in space by driving technical excellence and people development across projects.

Based in Kongsberg or Skøyen, you will collaborate across disciplines, influence recruitment and processes, and ensure delivery of high-impact satellite solutions from ground to orbit.
