Job summary

Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace – Space – Arsenalet seeks an Engineering Team Lead to guide a team of engineers and support the growth of the Engineering organization within Norway's space initiatives.

You will lead, coach, and develop engineers, drive recruitment, and ensure effective resource planning in an international space environment with flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading people and teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Technical background relevant to engineering.
• Experience with systems engineering, product development, and project execution (preferred).
• Eligible for Norwegian and NATO security clearance.
