Job summary

KONGSBERG SmallSat Systems is seeking a Team Lead to guide and develop a growing group of engineers in Norway. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams across space, Earth observation, and secure communications projects, ensuring delivery of world-class satellite solutions.

The role emphasizes leadership, people development, and a strong technical foundation to navigate complex environments and drive continuous improvement in engineering practices.
