Job summary

Nexans is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers responsible for the design through installation of submarine power cable systems for renewable energy projects. You will follow the Nexans Project Execution Modell and drive engineering excellence across the project scope.

The role is based primarily in Halden or Oslo with the possibility to work partially from home. You will report to the department manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver turnkey cable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in engineering management
• Fluent in Norwegian and English
• Possibility to work partially from home office.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers from design to installation
• Follow Nexans Project Execution Modell throughout engineering activities
• Discuss technical challenges and identify solutions across the project scope
