With a focus on hands-on leadership and team accountability, the Engineering Manager will oversee system design, manage the transition from consultancy-led approaches to in-house operations, and drive the adoption of modern development practices, including AI-assisted solutions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in software engineering and leadership.
• Experience managing teams of 10+ engineers.
• Ability to act as a software architect.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Landmark’s engineering organization in Oslo.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Make system design decisions and set technical direction.
