Job summary

Landmark, a Halliburton company, is building a permanent Oslo-based engineering organization and seeking an Engineering Manager who blends people leadership with technical leadership. You will shape architecture, hiring, and delivery for a modern, cloud-native stack using TypeScript/Node.js, React, .NET, Azure and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in STEM (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related).
12+ years across software engineering and engineering leadership.
Experience managing engineering teams of 10+ people.
Software/solution architect with credibility.
Experience leading across organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities

Lead Landmark’s permanent engineering organization in Oslo including hiring and retention.
Set high hiring bar and design interview processes for senior roles.
Manage mixed teams of permanent staff and external consultants.
Define operating rhythm and engineering practices for high ownership and accountability.
Drive AI-first engineering culture and architecture across the stack.
