Job summary

Landmark, a Halliburton company, is building a permanent engineering organization in Oslo. You will lead both people management and hands-on technical leadership, shaping architecture, hiring, and delivery across TypeScript/Node.js, React with .NET services on Azure and Kubernetes.

You will guide the team through transitioning from a consultancy footprint to a full in-house function, setting standards, and driving AI-first development as a core practice across the platform.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a STEM field is required.
• 12+ years of software engineering and leadership experience.
• Experience growing teams of 10+ people and hiring.
• Architectural leadership with credibility across orgs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Landmark’s Oslo engineering organization, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Drive architectural decisions and set technical direction across the stack.
• Own delivery practices, CI/CD, testing, and release cadence.
• Promote AI-first engineering culture and integration of AI tools in daily work.
