Job summary

EdgeConneX is seeking an experienced Power Infrastructure & Grid Delivery Manager to join our Site & Energy Development EMEA team. This role delivers grid connections for large hyperscale data centre campuses across European markets.

You will own the end-to-end interconnection process, engaging TSOs/DSOs, regulators, and internal teams. You will drive programmes with strong technical grounding and commercial insight, ensuring grid delivery is embedded in the broader campus development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline with equivalent experience.
• Proven experience delivering grid connection and power infrastructure projects.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across commercial, legal, engineering and construction teams.
• Knowledge of European grid connection frameworks and Nordic regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead HV/MV grid connection projects across EMEA, from feasibility to energisation.
• Manage grid connection processes including capacity assessments, studies, agreements and construction coordination.
• Act as primary contact with TSO/DSO operators on technical, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align grid delivery with campus development and construction programs.
• Oversee grid connection designs for compatibility with EdgeConneX infrastructure and grid codes.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, milestones, and dependencies across the EMEA portfolio.
• Identify and mitigate grid connection risks and explore delivery acceleration opportunities.
• Support commercial negotiations and investment decisions with technical input.
• Provide regular progress updates and risk assessments to leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop standardized processes and playbooks to improve grid delivery efficiency across EMEA.
