CTS Group seeks a Lead Electrical Delivery professional to own the programme for a building, data hall or defined area. You will connect design, procurement, installation and handover into an executable plan, reporting to the Project Director or electrical project lead.

You will coordinate design readiness, manage interfaces with Package Managers, and drive action to resolve blockers while ensuring HSE and QA/QC performance across the project.

Formación

• Delivery ownership from planning through installation and handover.
• Experience in hyperscale data centres or mission-critical projects.
• Degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of electrical power distribution and commissioning interfaces.
• Ability to manage schedules, cost forecasts, subcontractors and changes.
• Fluent written and spoken English with clear communication across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain the electrical delivery plan with milestones, procurement and installation sequencing.
• Coordinate electrical design readiness, technical queries, constructability and approvals with Engineering and Package Managers.
• Lead execution meetings and track workfront readiness, productivity and blockers.
• Coordinate Electrical Package Managers, Supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers within scope.
• Follow up budgets, forecasts, quantities and subcontractor progress with Commercial and Project Controls.
• Manage interfaces with other disciplines and commissioning team, including phased completion and handover requirements.
• Drive HSE and QA/QC performance; ensure defects and as-built docs are closed.
• Provide concise reporting on progress, risks, cost exposure, resources and decisions needed.
