Qualifications

• Hands-on modelling experience with electrical systems.
• Strong OEM experience and ability to lead large packages.
• Expertise with grid-forming equipment and FACTS (e-STATCOMs).
• Experience with electrical system design and modelling tools PowerFactory/PSCAD.
• Experience with grid compliance and integration for utility-scale assets (BESS, renewables, data centres).
• Excellent managerial skills and at least five years leading large projects.
• Strong communication and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical system design from feasibility through design, execution and construction.
• Develop optimized technical designs to connect utility-scale assets to the grid.
• Lead technical dialogue with TSO/DSO to address design requirements.
• Oversee engineering for large installations including QA, contractor oversight, and tender support.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management and specialists for optimal client outcomes.
• Engage with the client's senior technical leadership.
• Develop scalable technical concepts across projects and clients.
• Participate in industry groups to stay aligned with standards and market trends.
