Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in electrical engineering within industrial maintenance, processing plants or heavy industry.
• Norwegian fluency (written and spoken) is strictly required; working proficiency in English.
• Strong familiarity with NEK standards and safety practices (NEK / FSE).
• Experience with FEBDOK, AutoCAD and MicroStation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver detail engineering, design, and technical calculations for low and high voltage systems in industrial processing and maintenance projects.
• Plan, oversee, and optimize preventive and corrective maintenance routines for electrical installations.
• Prepare and update technical documentation, including cable schedules, loop diagrams, single line diagrams, and technical datasheets.
• Ensure all installations and maintenance work comply with Norwegian standards and regulations (NEK 400, NEK 420, and FSE).
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause failure analysis, and system modifications on live operational sites.
• Collaborate closely with cross functional maintenance teams, project planners, and client personnel on site.
