Job summary

PrimeLedger Associates is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer for a contract role in Os, Norway. You will design, develop and maintain electrical systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust implementations.

Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team in Os Norway on a contract basis As an Electrical Engineer you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining electrical systems and components This role requires strong technical skills attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Designing testing and implementing new electrical systems and components
• Analyzing existing systems for improvements and making recommendations
• Collaborating with other engineers and technicians to ensure efficient design and implementation of projects
• Conducting feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis for new projects
• Troubleshooting electrical issues and providing technical support as needed
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
• Creating detailed documentation of designs processes and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles theories and concepts
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience working on industrial or large-scale projects
• Knowledge of power systems analysis software eg ETAP
• Familiarity with PLC programming

Working Conditions
