Job summary

VDL Bus Norway AS is seeking a skilled heavy vehicle mechanic to contribute to service for our customers. The Oslo South workshop handles maintenance, repair, and diagnostics for a VDL fleet of electric buses, offering a modern and flexible workplace.

The role requires English proficiency; Norwegian knowledge is a plus and a Class D license is advantageous. The position involves shift work and opportunities to grow in e-mobility with training and good benefits.

Qualifications

• Education as heavy vehicle mechanic or related field.
• 3+ years experience is an advantage.
• Experience with troubleshooting and modern diagnostic equipment.
• Fluent in English; Norwegian knowledge is an advantage.
• Class D driver’s license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair and diagnostics for our VDL fleet.
