Job summary

Tesla Norway AS is hiring a Service Technician for the Oslo region. You will service, repair and improve Tesla vehicles using Tesla software and advanced tools, ensuring top quality and delivering a first-time-right experience.

You will collaborate with local and regional teams, participate in ongoing training, and grow your technical skills in a dynamic, safety‑driven environment. A Norwegian driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in technical vehicle service and repairs (automotive, aviation, marine or similar).
• Full Norwegian driver’s license.
• Good communication in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work in shifts and collaborate across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair and improve Tesla vehicles using Tesla software and advanced tools.
• Ensure quality by inspecting vehicles before return or delivery.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams to share best practices and improve service experience.
