Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking an EHS & Facilities Specialist to oversee the Environmental, Health & Safety framework and facilities services for the main site in Horten plus remote offices. You will coordinate waste management, cleaning, pest control, and infrastructure maintenance while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include managing contractor work, site security, and cross-location EHS alignment, with fluency in Norwegian and English to support local and international

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental, health and safety management at a site level.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English for cross-border coordination.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and facility standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the site's EHS management system per standards and regulations.
• Oversee waste handling, cleaning, pest control and security services.
• Coordinate maintenance for HVAC, lighting and other facility systems.
• Manage remote/satellite offices to ensure consistent EHS standards.
• Plan contractor work and ensure safety permits and documentation.
