Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Health and Safety experience in construction, infrastructure, energy, industrial, engineering or another high risk sector.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with contractors and site teams.
• A practical, hands on approach to Health and Safety.
• The ability to work effectively within a fast paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day Health and Safety support across the project.
• Carry out regular site inspections, audits and safety observations.

• Review and support risk assessments, method statements and permit processes.
• Support incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions.

Working as part of an established project team, you will provide day to day Health and Safety support across a busy, technically demanding construction environment. The role will involve spending significant time on site, working closely with contractors and project teams to maintain high standards throughout delivery.

Previous data centre experience isn't essential. We are interested in people who have developed strong site based Health and Safety experience within construction, infrastructure, energy, industrial, engineering or another high risk environment.

The Key Responsibilities of the HSE Coordinator:
