Job summary

Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Manager for Microsoft Dynamics, with hybrid work and relocation to Malta. You will drive Microsoft solution sales, develop strategic relationships and lead initiatives with external clients and partner firms.

This role focuses on large-scale transformation deals, collaboration with Microsoft stakeholders, and creating repeatable value propositions. Relocation support and a base salary with benefits are provided in Euros (€).

Qualifications

• Highly experienced in Microsoft solution sales.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365, Office 365 and Azure.
• Proven track record developing long-term profitable relationships with mid and large sized organisations.

Responsibilities

• Owns and develops a demand generation strategy for Microsoft offerings across key industries.
• Leads the interlock with delivery to ensure robust contracts and successful delivery.
• Develops marketing and communications plans to drive pipeline in white space clients.
• Manages senior stakeholder relationships within strategic accounts to drive pipeline.
• Leads bids and proposals for large-scale transformation programmes (£1-4m range).
• Acts as trusted advisor to clients on strategic business and technology needs.
• Supports negotiations of contracts and ensures compliance with client policies.
