Job summary

A leading consulting firm is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Solution Architect. This role involves leading the implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions, mentoring teams, and engaging with clients at a high level. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience and expertise in solution architecture within a dynamic environment, and will work in a hybrid model. Relocation assistance is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15+ years of proven IT experience in implementing End-To-End Large scale solutions.
• Should have architected, designed, and implemented at least 7-8 full-scale industry solutions using Dynamics CE.
• Strong pre-sales experience/expertise with thought leadership on Solution offerings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Design and develop domain-specific implementations.
• Meet and exceed customer expectations on business knowledge, skills, and behavior.

Skills

Excellent communication skills in English

In‑depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE

Strong implementation experience with Power Platform

Experience with Azure Platform and Integration Services

Experience of Agile Methodology

Education

Graduate from a recognized University in Computer Science or IT
