Grow-Talent.com in Malaga seeks an Account Manager (Norwegian) for a full-time relocation opportunity. You will be the first contact for customers, drive the sales process from lead to purchase, and manage relationships to build a lasting pipeline.

You will engage SMEs across industries to identify needs and position Microsoft cloud solutions, mainly Azure and Office 365, while exceeding monthly targets. Fluency in Norwegian and English is required, with 2–3+ years of sales experience.

Formación

• Native Norwegian or fluent (C1) with strong English fluency.
• 2-3+ years sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience with IT industry and cloud solutions is preferred.
• Familiarity with modern sales techniques and CRM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first contact point for customers and set the foundation for long-term relationships.
• Lead the sales process from lead to purchase and negotiate success.
• Engage with SMEs to determine needs and opportunities for Microsoft cloud solutions.
• Drive revenue, forecast pipelines and maintain high daily activity.
• Leverage multiple channels to reach and manage customers.
