Job summary

Brasseriet at The Well is seeking two positive and motivated chefs to join our busy kitchen team. Both positions are 100% full-time with start as soon as possible, offering a pathway to develop your culinary skills within a strong team.

The kitchen operates with a clear station structure including grill, hot station and pizza, with English as the working language. You will carry out mise en place, rotate stations during service, and help create high-quality dishes for events and conferences.

Qualifications

• Have a positive attitude and genuinely want to work and learn.
• Enjoy working in a high-tempo kitchen and have prep/line experience.
• Communicate confidently in English or Norwegian.
• Understand food safety and hygiene and keep stations clean.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily mise en place and preparation.
• Work on different stations during service.
• Prepare and plate dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Work with grill, hot station, pizza and other sections depending on experience.
• Prepare meals for conferences, events and group bookings.
• Contribute to smooth and efficient à la carte service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and cleaning routines.
• Cooperate with chefs, kitchen staff and front-of-house.
• Contribute to a positive kitchen culture and continuous improvement.
