Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Present menus and explain dishes and beverages.
• Recommend food and drinks when appropriate.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve à la carte dishes and three-course menus.
• Provide beverage and wine service.
• Assist with conferences, events and groups.
• Follow up guests throughout their dining experience.
• Keep tables and service areas clean and organised.
• Cooperate with kitchen, bar and other waiters.
