Job summary

Brasseriet, The Well is hiring two positive, motivated chefs for 100% full-time roles in a busy kitchen. Start as soon as possible. The team emphasises English as the working language and a collaborative, professional environment across prep, grill, pizza and à la carte service.

Experience in prep and/or line cooking is desired, with opportunities to learn and develop culinary skills within a strong team. Staffers and a supportive culture accompany a competitive salary based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with prep and/or line cooking.
• Able to work in a high-tempo kitchen.
• Comfortable with à la carte service.
• Strong English or Norwegian communication.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily mise en place and preparation.
• Work on different stations during service.
• Prepare and plate dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Work with grill, hot station, pizza and other sections depending on experience.
• Prepare meals for conferences, events and group bookings.
• Contribute to smooth and efficient à la carte service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and cleaning routines.
• Cooperate closely with chefs, kitchen assistants, dishwashers and front-of-house staff.
• Contribute to a positive kitchen culture and continuous improvement.
