IDENTEC SOLUTIONS Norway AS is seeking a driven Junior Sales Manager (or Sales Development Manager) based in Kristiansand. You will work closely with the VP of Global Sales and focus on transitioning into high-impact international technical sales.

• Initial exposure to the Oil & Gas or Marine sectors.
• Early experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Norwegian.
• Valid Norwegian work permit and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel and familiarity with HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Drive global growth by uncovering and building opportunities with Oil & Gas accounts worldwide.
• Build partnerships by cultivating relationships with international decision-makers.
• Learn and scale by collaborating with technical teams and managing pipeline via HubSpot.
• Travel to client events as needed while reporting to the VP of Global Sales.

If you have initial experience in the Oil & Gas or Marine sectors and want to transition into high-impact international technical sales, this is your launchpad.

Based in our office in Kristiansand, you will work closely and report directly to our VP of Global Sales based in Aberdeen.

What You’ll Do:

Drive Global Growth: Uncover and build high-value opportunities with new and existing O&G accounts worldwide.

Build Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with international key decision-makers.

Learn & Scale: Collaborate daily with technical teams, travel for client events, and manage pipeline integrity via HubSpot.

What You Bring:

Industry Foundation: Initial professional exposure to the Oil & Gas or Marine sectors.

Commercial Drive: Early experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing technical roles.

Communication Skills: Fluency in English and proficiency in Norwegian, with the confidence to network globally.

Logistics: A valid Norwegian work permit, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to travel.
