Qualifications

• Experience leading large, diverse teams in technical operations.
• Strong business acumen and budget management.
• Strategic mindset with execution experience.
• Extensive experience in CAMO or Part-145 roles.
• Knowledge of EASA Part-CAMO and Part-145 regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all technical operations planning departments.
• Centralised ownership for Technical Aircraft Availability.
• Represent technical operations in airline network planning.
• Development and execution of the technical operations strategy.
• Active participation in all safety and compliance activities.
• Team leadership and coaching.
• Represent technical operations in cross-departmental asset management processes.
• Deputy for the Nominated Person for Continuing Airworthiness.
• Manage relationships with external maintenance organisations, suppliers, lessors, and Boeing.
• Deliver on KPIs including Aircraft Availability, budget, OTP, and regularity.
