Job summary

CHC Helicopter Service AS in Stavanger, Norway, is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead maintenance and modification projects across the helicopter fleet. The role requires coordinating across CAMO, Maintenance, Planning, and Fleet to ensure safe, efficient project delivery and regulatory compliance.

The position is based in Sola (Stavanger) with flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills are required.
• Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
• Experience in project management and in aviation maintenance/modification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Have project responsibility for base maintenance and modification projects.
• Perform follow-up between CAMO and 145 organisations, supply chain and design.
• Assist with tenders and pricing from suppliers.
• Evaluate design solutions proposed.
• Liaise with type engineer and design teams.
• Contribute to cost inputs for commercial tender work.
• Prepare AFE and propose PO for work.
• Participate in planning and SOW creation for aircraft work.
• Coordinate discussions with Part 21 for design follow-up.
