Job summary

Wise is seeking an experienced product leader to drive the Receive domain at global scale. You will own strategy, execution, and the organizational growth from the current 6 teams, expanding offerings across regions and aligning with fincrime to mitigate risk.

You will lead 4+ PMs, ship high-impact features, and partner with GTM teams to take new products to market in a fintech context.

Qualifications

• Directly accountable for a business-critical metric in your domain (revenue, growth, MAU, etc).
• Led 4+ PMs; hiring and growing top talent.
• Helped multiple teams define purpose, metrics/OKRs, and achieve them.
• Hands-on IC who still ships features; can work with leadership from the top.
• Experience in payments or fintech domain.

Responsibilities

• Own Receive strategy and execution at global scale.
• Grow the Receive offering across APAC, LatAM, MEA and beyond.
• Collaborate with fincrime to mitigate risk and redefine market positioning.
• Improve onboarding/adoption funnels and pricing economics.
