Job summary

Wise, a global fintech, is seeking a Lead Product Analyst (Individual Contributor) to join the Onboarding squad and Account Access & Recovery. You will derive insights to guide user registration and account access, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven product changes and reduce friction for legitimate users.

You will build pipelines and dashboards, define KPIs, and explore AI-driven solutions to improve analytics outcomes across Wise's product surfaces.

Qualifications

Strong quantitative skills with hands-on data manipulation and SQL.
Excellent communication to translate business problems into analytics.
Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau) and Python/R.

Responsibilities

Derive actionable insights from data to inform product decisions and onboarding experiences.
Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to implement data-driven changes.
Evaluate high-impact opportunities and advocate for better alternatives.
Build automated data pipelines and dashboards to enable data self-serve.
Define and report KPIs to communicate team progress externally.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore AI-driven automation and insights.
