Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager Payment Operations to own and drive the Global Payment Gateway across markets and channels. The role emphasizes delivering secure, scalable payment processing while aligning with business needs and regulatory requirements.

You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with external partners, and ensure performance and compliance in a fast-growing global network.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior experience with payment platforms, gateways or complex integrations.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, APIs and vendor-driven delivery models.
• Experience in regulated environments (PSD, DORA).
• Knowledge of PCI standards and payment security frameworks.
• Ability to bridge business requirements with IT delivery across regions.

Responsibilities

• Own Global Payment Gateway as Product Manager with vision, roadmap and priorities.
• Translate business and regulatory needs into actionable tech priorities.
• Drive global integration with POS, fuel systems, digital channels and payment partners.
• Coordinate delivery across Europe and North America.
• Ensure performance, resilience and regulatory compliance of gateway platform.
• Enable onboarding of new payment methods, channels and markets.
