Job summary

Wise is seeking an experienced product leader to drive the Receive domain at global scale. You will own strategy, execution, and the organizational growth from the current 6 teams, expanding offerings across regions and aligning with fincrime to mitigate risk.

You will lead 4+ PMs, ship high-impact features, and partner with GTM teams to take new products to market in a fintech context.

Qualifications

• Directly accountable for a business-critical metric in your domain (revenue, growth, MAU, etc).
• Led 4+ PMs; hiring and growing top talent.
• Helped multiple teams define purpose, metrics/OKRs, and achieve them.
• Hands-on IC who still ships features; can work with leadership from the top.
• Experience in payments or fintech domain.

• Own Receive strategy and execution at global scale.
• Grow the Receive offering across APAC, LatAM, MEA and beyond.
• Collaborate with fincrime to mitigate risk and redefine market positioning.

Job Description

Wise enables over 16 million people and businesses all over the world to get paid over hundred billion pounds each year into their Wise account. The Receive squad owns the domain that powers this.

In this role you’ll be responsible for growing Receive - helping our customers get paid easily and seamlessly wherever they may be.

You’ll be responsible for the Receive strategy, executing on it and growing out the organisation as needed from the current 6 teams.

This would be a fantastic opportunity to take on a highly challenging domain that's at global scale and one of the fastest growing verticals and supercharge it by bringing your unique spin.

You would have the opportunity to expand the Receive offering in APAC, LatAM, MEA; collaborate with fincrime teams to mitigate the risk of Receive products; Redefine how we position the product offering in the market; Improve the onboarding and adoption funnels; Iterate on product pricing and economics and more.

Qualifications

A bit about you

• You’ve been directly accountable for a business critical metric in your domain like revenue, new customer growth, monthly actives etc.

• You’ve lead 4+ PMs; you know how to hire and grow awesome people and get the best from them

• You’ve helped multiple teams dream big, figure out their purpose, set metrics/OKRs and helped teams achieve them

• You are hands-on and enjoy shipping features as an IC, everyone in Wise still executes projects as well, starting from our CEO.

• You’ve worked in payments or more broadly in fintech domain

• You’ve launched a new product and taken it to market with GTM teams
