Job summary

Honor is seeking a Director, O&O Expansion to lead the transformation of newly acquired home care businesses into high‑performing Honor operations. You will balance acquisitions, operations and change management, driving stability and scalable growth.

This hands‑on leadership role requires strong P&L acumen, change leadership, and the ability to coach leaders through transitions while preserving revenue and talent.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading operational teams, business units, or multi‑functional initiatives with accountability for performance.
• Experience leading organizational change, operational transformations, integrations, or turnarounds.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decisions and measurable results.
• Experience influencing senior cross‑functional stakeholders in fast‑paced environments.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building repeatable playbooks where none exist.
• Experience in healthcare, home care, franchising, or service industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead business assessment and transition strategy for newly acquired entities.
• Oversee organizational integration and team transformation to honor operating model.
• Drive operational implementation, SOP adoption, and change management.
• Stabilize performance and create a growth path post‑transition.
