Job summary

Txt Group is seeking a Digital Project Engineer to join the LOM-based team. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and delivering digital initiatives, including software platforms, AI apps, digital twins, and web/mobile products.

You will bridge business needs and technical teams, guiding the full project lifecycle. The ideal candidate has experience with software/digital projects, strong planning skills, and familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery approaches.

Qualifications

• Experience with software and digital projects incl. web/mobile/cloud/AI.
• Knowledge of IT architectures, APIs, system integrations, and data platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall.
• Ability to create and contribute to BRD/SRS/SOW/roadmaps and other docs.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of digital projects with governance and budgets.
• Translate business needs into technical specs and coordinate backlogs.
• Coordinate architecture, integrations, data flows, APIs, and digital platforms.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and ensure quality, go-live readiness, and release.
