Qualifications

• Pi-shaped engineering fundamentals: strong software engineering with DevOps and Platform Engineering.
• Proficiency in at least one modern language (TypeScript, Python, or Java).
• Hands-on with Claude Code or equivalent agentic tooling for daily development workflow.
• Understanding AI-native development practices: prompts-first workflows and AI-assisted development.
• Comfort documenting and producing self-serve platform guidance for teams.
• Experience with GitLab CI or similar (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Familiarity with IaC and container tech (Terraform, CloudFormation, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Consultative communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD templates and pipelines for central platform use.
• Implement Claude Code skills and MCP servers per senior designs; test and iterate with squads.
• Maintain golden path tooling: update templates and scaffolding to current standards.
• Publish platform assets across channels and triage integration issues for delivery squads.
• Assist client teams with platform integration and diagnose platform-boundary issues.
• Act as a trusted consultant, articulating technical value to clients and guiding discoveries.
• Write and maintain docs so teams can self-serve where possible.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to platform architecture evolution.
