Qualifications

• Engineering/IT background required.
• Experience or strong interest in engineering applications (Octave, Aveva, Engineering Base, Comos).
• Interest in digitalization, data and emerging technologies.
• Understanding data structures and information flows.
• Good analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the implementation, configuration and improvement of engineering and asset information management solutions.
• Working with engineering data, documents, tags, equipment and other asset information.
• Working with engineering applications.
• Analyzing and improving data flows and engineering processes.
• Defining requirements and translating business needs into digital solutions.
• Supporting configuration and administration of engineering applications and information management platforms.
• Working with integrations and data exchange.
• Contributing to data quality, governance, classification and information standards.
• Exploring and applying technologies such as AI, automation, digital twins and advanced analytics.
• Working with clients to identify opportunities where digitalisation can create measurable business value.

As a Digital Engineer, you will work at the intersection of engineering, data, processes and technology. You will help organizations turn complex engineering information into structured, accessible and valuable data that can support better decisions, more efficient processes and new digital solutions.

We are looking for someone who combines engineering knowledge with digital and data mindset.

We Believe You Have

• A relevant engineering, technology, or information-management background
• Experience with, or a strong interest in, engineering applications (Octave (Hexagon), Aveva, Engineering Base or Comos)
• An interest in digitalization, data and emerging technologies
• Understanding of data structures, information flows, and/or engineering processes
• Experience with engineering information or asset information management is an advantage
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• The ability to communicate complex topics in a simple and understandable way
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good English communication skills; Norwegian is an advantage
