Squarehead Technology is seeking a commercially driven and hands-on Sales Manager to lead the Defense sales organization from our Oslo office. You will shape the commercial function, develop new business, strengthen customer relationships, and drive international growth with a hands-on approach.

You will manage a small team, bridge sales with engineering, and ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and partner development across Europe and beyond.

Competenze

• Experience selling technically advanced products through complex, relationship-driven sales cycles.
• Engineering or other technical background is a strong advantage.
• Ability to lead a sales organization and manage distributors and partners.

Mansioni

• Lead the Defense sales organization with a hands-on approach and build a scalable commercial operation.
• Develop new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with customers and partners across Europe.
• Own forecasting, pipeline management and CRM discipline to support growth.
• Develop and strengthen partner and channel relationships with distributors and system integrators.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the commercial strategy across regions.
