If Insurance in Oslo is seeking a Head of CRM to lead the CRM capability area across the Nordics. You will shape direction for CRM processes, data, and automation and manage a team of chapter leads to deliver customer engagement at scale.

This senior role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, partnering with IT, Analytics, lifecycle management, and marketing to drive growth and improve customer interactions across markets.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation in a complex organization.
• Operational CRM processes, CRM platforms, and segmentation execution.
• Leadership experience in Nordic, multi-market, or matrix environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CRM capability area across the Nordics for Business Area Private.
• Own the strategic direction for CRM processes and solutions, ways of working, and capability development.
• Drive alignment across markets on customer communication orchestration, data requirements, segmentation, and campaigns.
• Ensure effective use of CRM platforms, marketing automation, data, tooling, and automation to support engagement.
• Provide coaching for Chapter Leads and collaborate with IT, Performance Marketing, Analytics, and stakeholders.
