Job summary

MiCiM International in Norway is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead on-site MEP delivery for mission-critical facilities. You will coordinate design, installation, testing and commissioning of mechanical systems, ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical engineering background with hands-on experience in large-scale MEP delivery.
• Proven track record as a Senior/MEP Manager on data centres or mission-critical projects.
• Excellent understanding of cooling technologies and mechanical systems in hyperscale environments.
• Able to manage complex interfaces between trades and drive performance in fast-paced settings.
• Strong communicator capable of leading meetings and engaging stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP activities on-site with a focus on mechanical systems.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers for MEP packages.
• Review designs, method statements, and submittals for client specifications and data centre standards.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and drive issue resolution to protect schedule and cost.
• Oversee installation quality and conduct testing, commissioning, and handover processes.
• Act as key MEP contact with client, project team, and stakeholders.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with MiCiM and HSE requirements.
