Job summary

Highfield Professional Solutions Ltd. in Norway is seeking a client-side leader to deliver a flagship hyperscale data centre project from design through commissioning. You will own the programme, budget, and stakeholder relationships, coordinating consultants and internal teams.

The role requires experience delivering major data centre or infrastructure programmes, strong contractual and risk management skills, and a relevant degree, with a clear path to shaping Europe’s AI infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Several years delivering major data centre, infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Experience leading complex EPC, design-build or client-side programmes.
• Strong commercial, contractual and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of mission-critical environments and large-scale project delivery.
• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
