Job summary

Maersk Customs Services is seeking a Customs Office Manager to lead Front Office at Svinesund and oversee a Back Office fortollingsavdeling in Halden. You will manage people, operations, quality, and development across both offices to enable efficient toll processes.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Front Office Svinesund with delivery quality and operations.
Own staff, results and development for a Back Office tolling unit, incl. process improvement.
Ensure collaboration between Front and Back Office for efficient toll processes.
Drive continuous improvement focused on quality, productivity and customer satisfaction.
Track department results through clear goals and performance management.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous learning.
Ensure compliance with toll regulations, internal guidelines and quality standards.
Collaborate with other leaders to shape organisational development.
