Job summary

Telia Norway seeks a Customer Insight Analyst to join our Analytics team. You will work with business stakeholders, data scientists and analysts to understand customer behavior, performance and drivers of commercial outcomes. Expect growth through increasing responsibility in analyses, presentations and stakeholder dialogue.

You’ll develop machine learning models, translate questions into insights and help embed data-driven thinking across channels, with support from senior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer and business performance to identify drivers behind activity, churn and value.

• Develop machine learning models supporting customer insight and targeting.
• Support adoption by ensuring insights are understood and used in processes.
• Measure impact with structured analysis and A/B testing where relevant.
• Create insight stories using dashboards and clear narratives for audiences.
• Present findings and discuss business implications with stakeholders.
• Collaborate across business and technology to align data needs.
