Job summary

CTS Group is seeking an experienced CSA Site Manager to lead day-to-day Civil, Structural and Architectural construction activities at a major data centre project in Vennesla, Norway. You will report to the Construction Manager and oversee site teams, subcontractors and multidisciplinary crews to ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong reading of drawings and method statements, and coordination across civil, structural and architectural

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management.
Minimum 5 years of site supervision or site management experience.
Experience with large-scale industrial, infrastructure, data centre projects is advantageous.
Experience in Norway or Nordic countries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily CSA site activities, including civil, structural and architectural works.
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and materials to maintain progress.
Ensure compliance with drawings, method statements, schedules and quality standards.
Lead QA/QC coordination and safety on site.
Report progress and risks to Construction Manager.
