Job summary

CTS Group in Vennesla, Norway, is seeking an experienced CSA Site Manager to lead day-to-day Civil, Structural and Architectural construction activities on a large-scale data centre project. You will work with site engineers, subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, on-time and quality works.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Eng required.
• Minimum 5 years of construction site supervision or management experience.
• Experience coordinating CSA activities, subcontractors and site teams.
• Experience with concrete works, structural steel, foundations or architectural fit-out.
• Experience on large-scale industrial or data centre projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily CSA construction activities including civil, structural and architectural works.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, method statements, schedules and specs.
• Coordinate site teams, labour, equipment and materials to maintain progress.
• Supervise CSA subcontractors and monitor performance.
• Prepare and coordinate daily and weekly work plans.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE plans.
