Job summary

CTS Nordics is seeking an experienced Construction Manager – CSA to join the project delivery team in Vennesla, Norway. You will oversee Civil, Structural and Architectural construction activities, ensuring safety, on-schedule delivery and quality for a large data centre project.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will lead CSA subcontractors, coordinate with MEP, QA/QC and commissioning teams, manage interfaces and progress, and drive handover readiness while ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
7+ years in construction management with CSA experience (3+ years CSA).
Experience with subcontractors on large-scale projects; Nordic/Norway experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee CSA construction works across civil, structural and architectural disciplines, ensuring compliance with drawings, specs, schedules and quality.
Coordinate daily site activities, resources and work sequences to maintain progress.
Lead CSA subcontractors, review plans, monitor performance and safety, and resolve site issues.
Monitor progress against schedules and milestones; provide regular reports to project leadership.
Ensure compliance with Norwegian building regulations and coordination with QA/QC and commissioning teams.
