Job summary

CTS Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager – CSA in Vennesla, Norway. You will lead CSA construction activities, coordinating civil, structural and architectural works, and closely collaborate with MEP, QA/QC and commissioning teams to ensure on-time delivery and high standards.

You will manage subcontractors, resolve field issues, and maintain safety and regulatory compliance across a large-scale data centre project in Norway.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 7 years in construction management, with at least 3 years CSA experience.
• Experience with large-scale industrial/ data centre projects is highly desirable.
• Previous work in Norway or Nordic countries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CSA works to drawings, specs, schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate daily site activities and resources to maintain progress.
• Lead CSA subcontractors and monitor safety, productivity and compliance.
• Provide regular progress reports to Project Director and Site Manager.
• Coordinate interfaces with MEP, QA/QC and commissioning teams.
• Ensure compliance with Norwegian building regulations and permit processes.
